For confidence, focus, and achieving anti-bullying tactics 100% Agree! And for anyone who has any questions feel free to ask. This is where Lila studies martial arts. She has been here for over 2 years now and as a parent I checked out about 4 other schools before deciding on this one. Very happy with our decision and Lila Loves it here!

The staff does an excellent job of working with my son. My sons confidence and self discipline have sky rocketed through the roof. I could not have asked for a better experience for my child.

Master Chris and the entire team are wonderful to work with. They really took the time to get to know our little guy. His concentration and focus have really improved over the last few months and his behavior at school has improved as well. Definetly worth the investment.

This is such a wonderful martial arts school. Everyone here is awesome! Both of my sons go here and really enjoy it and everything they learn. They do a great job teaching respect, perseverance and confidence. If you’re looking for a great place for you or your children, this is it!

Couldn't be happier with the training my daughter has received. She has learned so much! Most don't realize that besides the physical part there are so many mental aspects and life lessons that she has learned. The leadership abilities and confidence she has learned is something she could have never learned at this age. I am beyond thankful to Master Chris for everything we have and will continue to learn from the program!

It's always hard finding the right place that your child fits in to. We have had nothing but amazing experiences here, and my son (5 yrs) loves it! We started in the fall, and he looks forward to every class. The staff is amazing, and knows how to work well with children which is hard to find sometimes. They learn a lot of life lessons, respect, discipline, as well as self defense. We are so glad we came here!

Food For Thought

Many individuals choose to live above their means, which will eventually produce problems for them. If you can’t afford it at the moment don’t buy it, and definitely, don’t charge it. When you borrow something, be sure to return it-money included. Make sure you don’t blame others for your shortcomings, and admit it when you make a mistake; correcting a mistake is called learning. Internally motivated individuals tend to own up to their mistakes and make positive changes, while externally motivated individuals constantly blame others for their shortcoming. When you continue to blame others for everything, you seldom will ever produce changes that will be in your best interest. Your best teacher is often your last mistake.

Take a day to concentrate on listening more and talking less. Do something nice without feeling the need to be recognized. Never speak ill of others for any reason. Go an entire day without criticizing anyone or anything. Be kind to unkind people, they need it the most. Dismiss the drama in your life and learn to live in the present without relieving pain from your past. Remember to be kind to yourself and refrain from comparing yourself to others. Using someone else’s ruler to measure your self-worth will always leave you short. Don’t ever feel bad for making a decision about your own life that upsets other people when you feel it’s in your best interest. Love yourself enough to walk away from the behaviors that no longer serve you.

Remember, only you are responsible for your happiness, not any other person, place, or thing. Pain is inevitable, but misery is optional. It’s ok to say no without explaining yourself. When you really want results, you will do whatever it takes to make it happen. You are where you are today because of the choices that you’ve made, if you don’t like where you are, learn to make better choices. If you aren’t willing to do whatever it takes, it’s because the result doesn’t matter enough to you. To get somewhere new, you must first decide that you are tired of being where you are. Life gives everybody a second chance; it’s called tomorrow.
