For confidence, focus, and achieving anti-bullying tactics 100% Agree! And for anyone who has any questions feel free to ask. This is where Lila studies martial arts. She has been here for over 2 years now and as a parent I checked out about 4 other schools before deciding on this one. Very happy with our decision and Lila Loves it here!

The staff does an excellent job of working with my son. My sons confidence and self discipline have sky rocketed through the roof. I could not have asked for a better experience for my child.

Master Chris and the entire team are wonderful to work with. They really took the time to get to know our little guy. His concentration and focus have really improved over the last few months and his behavior at school has improved as well. Definetly worth the investment.

This is such a wonderful martial arts school. Everyone here is awesome! Both of my sons go here and really enjoy it and everything they learn. They do a great job teaching respect, perseverance and confidence. If you’re looking for a great place for you or your children, this is it!

Couldn't be happier with the training my daughter has received. She has learned so much! Most don't realize that besides the physical part there are so many mental aspects and life lessons that she has learned. The leadership abilities and confidence she has learned is something she could have never learned at this age. I am beyond thankful to Master Chris for everything we have and will continue to learn from the program!

It's always hard finding the right place that your child fits in to. We have had nothing but amazing experiences here, and my son (5 yrs) loves it! We started in the fall, and he looks forward to every class. The staff is amazing, and knows how to work well with children which is hard to find sometimes. They learn a lot of life lessons, respect, discipline, as well as self defense. We are so glad we came here!

Something To Think About

Sometimes the nicest people you meet may have several piercings or may be covered in tattoos, and sometimes the most judgmental people you meet make it a point to go to church on Sundays. The sign of a beautiful person is not the person who may externally look the best according to society, but the person who is kind, caring, and who seems to always see the beauty in others.

At times you have to move on without certain people. If they’re meant to be in your life, they will be. Be careful not to get continuously caught up in the drama of others. Many people thrive on drama, even when there is no drama, they will find a way to create it, and will often include you in their drama.

Good things can fall apart so better things can fall together. Some people will often look at the closed doors in their lives for so long that they cannot see the doors that have opened right in front of them. Be thankful for the bad things in life. For they opened your eyes to the good things, you weren’t paying attention to before.

You need to watch the people and friends that you allow in your life more closely. One of the most important things I’ve learned in life is to ignore most of what people say, and watch what they do instead. Actions don’t lie, but people often do.

Sometimes you may need to remind yourself to focus on what you already have with gratitude and appreciation, instead of complaining about what you don’t have, or wish you had. The more you are thankful, the more you attract things to be thankful for.

Often things may go wrong in your life. When things seem to go wrong, take a moment to be thankful for the many more things that are still going right. Don’t sweat the small things in life that you have no control over, as you waste your breath complaining about life, someone out there is breathing their last. It is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.

You can take the time to understand that your current situation-whatever that may be-is a direct result of what you are feeling, thinking, and believing. Time will pass regardless; you can either spend it creating the life you want or spend it complaining and living the life you don’t want. The choice is yours. As you get older, you will understand more and more that life is not about what kind of house you live in, what you drive, who your friends are, the kind of job or position that you have or what you have in the bank. It’s all about the person you’ve become.

Don’t underestimate the power of a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Continue to inspire. Continue to turn lives around simply by being the outstanding person that you are.
